Our Annual Appeal

The nonprofit Palo Alto Art Center Foundation is committed to the vital role that art and arts education plays in a well-rounded society. Our goal is to substantially increase the support we give to the diverse and culturally rich programs offered at the Palo Alto Art Center through your help and on-going membership activities.

The Palo Alto Art Center depends upon the Foundation's financial support for children's art programs that serve the growing demand in our community. With your help, we can continue:

• Project LOOK! and Cultural Kaleidoscope programs to keep arts education alive for kids in the region, including outreach to East Palo Alto.
• Free Family Art Days that extend art appreciation opportunities to the community
• World-class art exhibitions and openings
• Art Dialogues, an adult docent exhibition tour program
• The Carrie Abramovitz Scholarship Fund that provides art mentors to talented teens
• The Art and Technology Studio

The Foundation and the Art Center also support and present many exciting events from the Palo Alto Clay & Glass Festival, to Style, to the annual Great Glass Pumpkin Patch ® . The Foundation also helps pay for the art supplies and studio equipment of the Art Center .
